1977: I began attending nutritional seminars and cooking classes with experts in their fields. Also I began promoting health presentation and cooking classes. 

 

2005: I spoke to Dr. Jack Blanco (Dr. of Theology),

and I encouraged and suggested that a health and wellness center should be built in Collegedale, TN. I sent a letter to the board members and persuaded them of the importance to build a facility for the community. 2 months later

they started breaking ground. The Hulsey

Health and Wellness Center was completed

in 2009.
